HURRICANE HELENE recovery RELIEF EFFORTS

In the wake of Hurricane Helene, the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI) is deeply committed to helping neighboring communities recover and rebuild. Our hearts are with those affected, and we are working tirelessly to support those in need during this difficult time.

The EBCI has mobilized quickly and stands ready to provide critical assistance to our neighbors in Northeast Tennessee, Western North Carolina, and beyond. We have teams on the ground, working to deliver the resources and care necessary for those hardest hit by the storm.

Relief Initiatives:

  • Crews and Emergency Teams Deployed: EBCI has fully mobilized its emergency, support, and rescue teams, ready to provide direct assistance to those in need. Nursing and healthcare teams are on standby, ensuring medical aid is accessible.
