How will Cherokee affect you?

Cherokee Customer Celebration

Saturday, May 25 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm

We cordially invite you to the Cherokee Welcome Center on May 25, where we’ll be saying sgi, or "thank you" with Cherokee craftspeople, face painting, traditional dancing, clogging, authentic storytelling, and music. The bonfire starts at 5 p.m. and ends at 7 p.m. Delicious Cherokee food will be available, made by and benefiting members of NAIWA. There will be a sampler platter and an Indian dinner plate as your meal options. The purchase of food and crafts may be made with cash only; there are no ATMs onsite.

Admission to the event is free.

In the event of rain, the event location will be moved to the Cherokee Indian Fair Grounds.

Dracula is coming.

Thursday, October 28 from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Hide the kids, grab the crucifixes, and wear something with a very high neck. See this hair-raising performance on select evenings throughout October.

The Cherokee Historical Association, in partnership with the Havoc Movement Company, is proud to present “Dracula: The Failings of Men,” happening on select evenings throughout the month of October. Based on the terrifying classic by Bram Stoker, this action-horror production will have you grabbing for the garlic cloves and hiding behind your blanket. It’s so frightening, kids under 12 are not recommended!

The tale launches you back in time to London circa 1897, when a ghost ship carrying a dark and ancient evil washes ashore. The only passenger appears to have been a shrouded figure—one with a distinctive taste for blood. Join Ada Van Helsing as she pursues something that’s part-myth, part-legend, and fully evil.

Get your tickets here! Only 199 seats are available per show!
