Food Truck Boot Camp Returns to Cherokee This November
Aspiring food truck owners and mobile food entrepreneurs can take their business dreams to the next level at Food Truck Boot Camp, November 17–20, 2025, in Cherokee, NC. Hosted by the Center for Environmental Farming Systems (CEFS) EmPOWERing Mountain Food Systems (EMFS) project in collaboration with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI) Division of Commerce, this four-day, hands-on training equips participants with the tools and knowledge needed to launch and grow a successful food truck business. This Boot Camp is presented in collaboration with the Street Food Institute, an Albuquerque-based nonprofit with a strong track record of training food truck businesses and helping entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of starting and sustaining mobile food enterprises. Their expertise will bring valuable mentorship, training, and real-world insights to participants.
