Using these images to illustrate a story that slanders or damages the reputation of the subject. This is considered classic Libel. Example: if content or images are used in a news story about a crime committed on the Qualla boundary or any other event or occurrence unrelated to travel & tourism, or the cultural events and attractions owned by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.
Using these images in such a way that the subject is cast in a libelous False Light, even editorially. The Eastern Band of Cherokee Travel & Promotion and its suppliers will have grounds for a False Light libel action if your article damages their reputation.
